Sport Reimagined!

Airtoboal is the simple yet still complex and challenging game of two teams competing against each other to put a mid sized ball that must mainly stay in the air into the opponent's bowl which must stay on the ground but can also be moved all over the field. They must do this without gripping or throwing the ball for the most part but by passing it through hitting it with any body part to teammates. This ensures the ball and players are constantly in motion and engaged in exciting activity! It is a game of ultimate contrasts that takes both physical and mental skill as well as individual exploits but also great team work to succeed.

In fact the name itself is intentionally crafted to be the explanation of the game in a nutshell. Air-To-Boal or rather "Air to bowl" as in the ball in the AIR must go TO the BOWL in order to score the goal. Bowl has been spelled as "BOAL" in the name not just to be different or look cool but because it is actually a combination of the words ball and bowl, since it has three letters from each word. So thats where the word "ball" is in our sport; it is combined with the word bowl.

Even more than that though the word "Boal" is part the sport's unique individual terminology as in it is the word for "Goal" or rather an "Airboal" is the full word and "Boal" is the short form. This makes perfect sense since the word is the combination of what happens when a boal is scored: the ball and the bowl connect for a team to score from the air to the boal!
